360° customer view in the sidebar

Customer on the phone, and the answer is spread across five open tabs, three logins and a lot of copy-paste. This custom app pulls everything about the customer into a single sidebar right next to the ticket: account, limits, payouts, documents, history. And the sensitive part sits right at the top: risk flags in red, before you've even typed "hello".

Demo with fictional data: shows the concept, not the original.

In real operation the sidebar pulls its data live from the account API, payment API and translation API. Already there the moment the ticket opens, without a single click. No copy-paste between systems, no back-and-forth loop: the agent sees at a glance who they're dealing with and gives the right answer on first contact.
